How do I change or cancel my order?
Our team is super speedy at processing orders to get them to you ASAP, so we can't always guarantee changes or cancellations once you've placed your order. But hey, you're free to modify your order as much as you like before hitting that 'Checkout' button.
Just a heads up, if you do end up cancelling your order, there's a 3% transaction fee from our payment processor.

How do I use discount codes?
Feel free to apply your discount codes on the checkout page.
Just remember: you can only use one code per order, and they're case sensitive. Oh, and for sitewide sales and promos, discount codes won't be applicable unless we mention otherwise.

I may have totally forgotten to use my discount code. Can I still have it applied?
No worries, we totally get it! The good news is, you can use your code for your next order instead. Once an order has been charged, it's final, and we can't apply discounts retroactively.

I'm having some trouble with my payment. What can I do?
If you run into any issues, here are some things to try:
- Contact your bank as they might be blocking the transaction. It could be due to cross-border restrictions or insufficient funds.
- Double-check that the shipping address matches the billing address. If you need them to be different, just confirm your order first, and then get in touch with us so we can manually adjust it for you.
- Sometimes, there could be a problem with the volume of transactions or your connection. Give it a little time and try again later.
- If everything else fails, consider signing up for a Paypal account. You can proceed with your transaction smoothly using your Paypal account.

What payment options do you offer?
We've got plenty of ways for you to pay! You can use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards through our PayPal Checkout. And if you've got store credit in the form of e-gift cards, you can use those too.

RETURNS
Am I eligible for returns/exchanges?
To get your return approved, make sure it meets these conditions:
- Return the item(s) within 30 days from when you received your order.
- Items bought with a discount of 25% or more, or labeled as FINAL SALE, can't be returned. They're considered final and can't be exchanged.
- Keep the item(s) unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering them counts as damage. When trying on your suit, wear it over other clothes to avoid stains and damage.
- Return the item(s) in their original condition, including the hang tag and sanitary strip.
Keep in mind that all returns are refunded via store credit.
Unfortunately, FINAL SALE items can't be returned or exchanged. So, be sure to check the details before making your return! 🏷️👙🛍️
Does Lola Wolfe offer free returns?
If you're in the US, we've got you covered with FREE returns for store credit. You can simply send your return back to our warehouse using the prepaid labels we provide. Just a heads up, all returns are refunded via store credit.
For orders outside the US, the return fees are on the customer. That means you'll be responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes. To avoid any issues, please declare the minimum shipment value for the returned parcels. If we get hit with unpaid duties and taxes, we might have to refuse the return. So let's keep it smooth and hassle-free for everyone! 🚚🌍💳
How do I return my order?
Here's how to make returns a breeze:
- Shoot us an email at hola@lolawolfeswim.com.
- Tell us which items you're returning, along with your order number and email.
- Our team will reply with a confirmation email that includes the return address and more instructions.
- Drop off your return at any courier location on the label.
- After shipping your items to our partner warehouse, fill out the form in the confirmation email. Make sure to include the tracking details, so we know when it reaches our partner warehouse.
- Once we confirm the return shipment, give us 2-5 business days to process the store credit refund after receiving the item.

Do you allow cash refunds or credit to my bank/PayPal account?
Here's the deal with returns at Lola Wolfe Swim: We offer STORE CREDIT refunds only, and it comes in the form of an e-gift card. The best part is, the store credit doesn't expire, and you can use it to snag anything you like from our store!
Now, if you'd rather have a refund to your original payment method or convert the store credit, just drop an email to our support team at hola@lolawolfeswim.com within 14 days of getting the gift card. We'll take care of the approval and processing for you.
Keep in mind, though, that cash refunds are subject to a 10% restocking and refund fee, unless there are some exceptional circumstances that allow us to waive it. And just a heads up, the original shipping charges from your order are non-refundable, since that's already been paid to the courier for the initial delivery to you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Right now, we don't have a direct size exchange option, but no worries! You can still make it work. Just return your item(s) for store credit, and then use that to buy the size or style you want. 🛍️💳😊
Can I reserve items while waiting for my store credit?
We can't hold onto any item(s) while we're still in the process of approving your return. So, if you're eyeing something else, go ahead and grab it before it's gone! 🛍️😊
How (and how soon) will I receive my store credit refund?
Once you've sent the item back to us using the return label we provided, your store credit will be on its way to you. Don't forget to check your spam folder, just in case the credits end up there.

How long do I have to return my items?
You've got 30 days from when you receive your order to request a return, no worries! But just a heads up, any returns requested outside of this 30-day period won't be accepted. So, make sure to reach out in time if you need to return something! 📆📦😊

My item arrived damaged or faulty!
Before we send anything out, we make sure to inspect all our items, so you're getting the best quality garments. But just to be sure, once you get your order, give it a good look. If you spot any defects, damages, or if you got the wrong item, no worries! Just shoot us an email at hola@lolawolfeswim.com right away. Include some pics of the issue, and we'll jump in to fix things up in a jiffy! 📧🔍🛠️

Which items are considered FINAL SALE?
Any items marked as FINAL SALE on the collection page or mentioned as non-returnable on the product page can't be returned or refunded.
Also, sale items purchased with a discount of 25% or more from their original price can't be returned either. We'll check the total discount (original price minus purchase price), and if it's greater than 25%, we won't be able to accept your return request.
