Do you offer free shipping?

Presently, we provide FREE express international shipping on orders amounting to 100 USD or more (after discounts are applied).

For specific regions like Europe, we extend free express shipping on orders totaling 150 USD and above.

Do you refund shipping fees?

The shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable, including cases of undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, or stolen shipments.

If you decide to return an item bought from us for store credit, the credit will be provided only for the product's purchase price.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, but the shipping rate varies depending on the area. For some remote locations, there might be extra fees because of the distance and lack of nearby shipping centers. Don't worry, though! You'll see all the shipping costs detailed when you're checking out.

Just a heads up, we can't deliver to PO boxes at the moment. So if you use a PO box address, there might be a delay as we'll have to reach out to you for a proper house address.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once you've placed your order, you'll get a confirmation e-mail right away.

When we've processed your order and it's ready to leave our warehouse, we'll send you another e-mail with the shipping details.

If it's an express international shipment, you should see the tracking info within 24 hours of getting the shipping e-mail.

For orders shipped via Standard Postal Mail, it might take up to a week for the tracking to be updated.

How do I track my order?

Got your shipping confirmation e-mail? Awesome! It's got all the details about your package and a waybill tracking number. To keep tabs on your order, just visit the tracking website linked here and pop in your waybill tracking ID in the field provided. Easy peasy!

Give it a little time though - usually, within 24 hours of getting the shipping confirmation e-mail, the status should be updated. If your order was sent via postal mail, no worries, you can still track it! It might just take up to a week for the status to show up. Use this website to track your order in that case.

How long does shipping take?

If you opt for our express international shipping with DHL, it typically takes 2-5 business days after we've processed your order.

Give us 1-2 days to process it before we ship it out.

But, just a heads up, remember that business days don't include weekends and holidays here in the Philippines. So keep that in mind when you're counting the days! 🚀🌍📦

I'd like to use a separate shipping address than the billing address.

Kindly proceed with the transaction, and once you get your confirmation email, drop us a message. We'll gladly update your order's location for you. Just a quick heads up, make sure to message us within 24 hours and before we ship it out. After that, it might cause some extra charges if you want to make changes.

If the new address is quite far from the billing address or in a remote area, there could be additional fees. But no worries, we'll show you the invoice we received as proof. So, keep in touch, and we'll sort it out together! 😊🛍️📧

I placed an order, but I haven't received any confirmation email.

After you've placed your order, you should've gotten an instant confirmation e-mail. Once we're done processing your order, a shipping e-mail will follow right after. If you didn't receive any email from Lola Wolfe Swim within a few hours of ordering, don't forget to check your Spam folder, just in case it landed there.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Just drop us a quick e-mail at hola@lolawolfeswim.com as soon as you can. Tell us your complete address, and we'll happily update your shipping info, as long as your item hasn't been shipped yet.

If, by any chance, you provided some really obvious incomplete information, we'll reach out to you via e-mail and hold onto your package until we hear back from you. But do keep in mind that any delays caused by this situation won't be our responsibility.

Now, if the mistake isn't glaringly obvious and we've already shipped your item, there might be some additional fees involved to make the changes. I'll be away from home during the delivery. Is a signature required?

For all international shipments, a signature is usually required for delivery, unless you want to skip it. If you prefer not to have a signature upon delivery, you can get in touch with DHL directly. Just shoot them a message here or give them a call at 1-800-225-5345 for both domestic and international assistance.

Note: if you choose to opt-out of the signature release, it means you're taking full responsibility for any loss or damage to your order. So, just keep that in mind, as Lola Wolfe Swim won't be able to replace or reimburse anything in such cases.

If you know you won't be around to receive your order, no worries! You can have the parcel delivered at a time that suits you best. This way, you get to pick a delivery time and date that fits perfectly into your schedule. Easy peasy! 📦📅🙂

My order tracking shows it's delivered, but I haven't received it.

We totally get how important your order is to you! That's why at Lola Wolfe Swim, we provide complete tracking info. If the tracker shows that your items have been delivered, but you haven't received them, don't worry, there are a few things you can do.

First, check around your neighborhood, just in case it got delivered to the wrong house by mistake. Talk to your family, roommates, or anyone who might've accepted it for you. Sometimes, packages are left with property managers or the apartment office too.

If you still can't find it, you'll need to reach out to the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. For help, you can contact Deutsche Post Group DHL at 1-800-225-5345, whether you're dealing with domestic or international delivery.

Sometimes, things like this can happen, especially if the address is invalid or incorrect, or if there are additional fees to be paid. DHL will reach out to you multiple times and give you plenty of time to respond to their messages.

Note: once they've declared that the package was rerouted, Lola Wolfe Swim can't take responsibility for the items or any fees you might have to pay because of it.

To avoid this, make sure you enter the right shipping address and contact info when you place your order. We can't offer free shipping back to you if the delivery doesn't work out due to a mistake on the buyer's part.

Who pays for customs duties and taxes?
